What is Healthy Families?

Healthy Families provides home visiting services to first-time teen parents for the first 3 years of their child's life. Home visitors build relationships with families, provide them with information about parenting and child development, and help them connect with other resources in their community. They work together with parents to identify family strengths, needs and goals and develop a service plan that is tailor-made for that child and family.
